On Lattice Generalizations of Bipolar Soft Rough Approximations

Abstract
In this paper, we introduce bipolar soft sets, defined over a complete atomic Boolean lattice (Ξ), and discuss some
basic properties of bipolar soft sets (BS s) on Ξ. We introduce bipolar soft rough approximations (BS RA) based on a
complete atomic Boolean lattice to generalize bipolar soft rough approximations. We study some of their properties
and characterization of bipolar soft sets and support them with illustrative examples. Finally, an application of a
bipolar soft rough set on Ξ in decision-making problems is discussed. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce bipolar soft sets, which are defined over a complete atomic Boolean
lattice, we give some basic ideas about bipolar soft sets. Then, we discuss some basic properties
of (BS s) on a complete atomic Boolean lattice and define complement, extended (union and intersection), and
restricted (union and intersection).
